Summer Club Fitness Training commences 11th June
TYNEMOUTH LONG SANDS
Monday & Thursday 7:00PM
This summer’s training starts early and comes in two parts
involving two 6-week programmes.
Part 1 – Strength & Endurance
This will take place on Tynemouth Long Sands. Its aim is to develop strength and endurance prior to speed work. Running on sand is ideal for this.
Part 2 – On Court Speed & Movement Progression
The sprint shuttles, movement and group workout on court,
adds speed to endurance.
All members welcome – £3 per session
