Summer Fitness Training Returns

Ray’s Summer Training returns to the track on Monday 15th June, running every Monday & Thursday throughout the summer, at £3 per session.

Everyone is welcome to join in, whatever your standard, from 7:30pm at Churchill Athletics Track. Although not required, a yoga  mat is advisable for the end of session stretches and exercises.
Last years turn out was fantastic, and was thoroughly enjoyed and hated in equal measure by all.
